Ms. Levin currently serves as Chief Regulatory and Strategy Officer at Figment. Prior to joining Figment, Ms. Levin worked at DraftKings where she was responsible for navigating the complex regulatory issues related to Web3, Sportsbetting, and Casino. From approximately 2010 - 2019, Ms. Levin served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Illinois, where she focused on financial crimes, and has been an adjunct professor in Trial Advocacy at Northwestern Law School for the last 11 years. 

Ms. Levin earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D from Northwestern University School of Law.
